Every year at Christmas, we gather round the fire with a glass of hot spiced wine and leaf through the photo albums as we listen to Christmas music in the background. It's a wonderful moment of sharing and I decided I wanted to share that with all of you. So gather around and let me share in pictures some of my memories from the past year.

| I took up Karate as part of a new fitness regime and found this move particularly effective |

| I also took up cycling which was a bit of a challenge, especially removing the bike from my butt when I'm finished riding. |

| Working out is worthwhile though. I can touch my toes again. |
